Andy Designs is an award-winning product design and distribution company based in Belvedere, California, which has become known for its knack in transforming the ordinary into simple yet ingenious designs. Started in 1994 by Andy Skurman and Margo Zender, Andy Designs showcases elegant, fun and functional accessories for the home, office and garden.
Andy Designs’ flagship product, the Flex™ Vase, was designed by architect Andy Skurman and initially sold through Smith & Hawken’s garden specialty stores and catalogs. From that point, Andy Designs was launched into the market and has developed an enthusiastic domestic and international following.

What are my delivery options?We ship using the services of the United States Post Office for our United States and our International Shipments.

When will I receive my order if my shipping address is within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska?"Your order should be received within 5-9 working days. Upon shipment, you will receive an automated e-mail including your tracking number and delivery status information.

When will I receive my order if my shipping address is Hawaii or Alaska?Your order should be received within 7-12 working days. Upon shipment, you will receive an automated e-mail including your tracking number and delivery status information.

When will I receive my order if I am shipping to an International Address?Your International Order should be received within 9-14 working days. Upon shipment, you will receive an automated e-mail including your tracking number and delivery status information.

What is your Return/ Exchange policy?Our Refund/ Exchange Policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be defective or damaged. We want you to be happy with your Andy Designs shopping experience.

How do I return/ exchange an item?We require a return/ exchange authorization number for returns/ exchanges. To request a return/ exchange authorization number, please send us an e-mail at info@andydesigns.com. Let us know your name, date of purchase, invoice number and reason for the return/ exchange. Upon receipt of your return authorization number, please return your product to Andy Designs, 6 Beach Road #934, Belvedere-Tiburon CA United States 94920. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Also, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are requesting a return, we will credit your credit/debit card upon receipt of the item and the initial order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you are requesting an exchange, we will provide you with your exchange authorization number and a shipping label. Attach the shipping label to the item package. We will send your replacement item upon receipt of the item to be exchanged. You will not be charged shipping charges for returning the replacement item or for the replacement; however, your initial shipping charge will not be reimbursed.
